Park Policies
Site Fees & Late Payments
Fees are due by Noon on the due date. Automatic credit card billing available in the office.
Payments late by more than 24 hours: $25 fee on day one, then $10/day thereafter.
We reserve the right to remove an RV for non-payment. A 24-hour notice is required before departure for deposit refunds.
Cancellations
A reservation is a "two-way" agreement — we hold your space and turn away other guests.
You have 24 hours after booking to cancel for a $50 cancellation fee.
No refunds after the 24-hour window or for reservation fees under $50.
Early Departure
Weekly and extended-stay guests receive a discounted rate — no refunds for early departure.
There are absolutely no rent refunds for any guest who leaves before their scheduled end date.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Security & Electric Deposit
Extended-stay sites require a security deposit, which also serves as your electric deposit after move-in.
Deposit is refunded in full once the site is vacated and your account is paid in full.
If you choose not to take a site after placing a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
