Park Rules
All tenants and guests are required to follow these rules. Violations may result in eviction.
- 1All tenants/guests must register with management before moving in or occupying a site.
- 2All tenants/guests must sign a lease agreement and rules acknowledgment before occupying a site.
- 3Speed limit in the park is 5 mph at all times. Reckless driving will result in immediate eviction.
- 4Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time is prohibited.
- 5Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Aggressive or dangerous animals are not permitted.
- 6No open fires. Charcoal grills and propane grills are permitted on your site only.
- 7Keep your site clean and free of debris at all times. Trash must be placed in designated dumpsters only — no trash left outside.
- 8Visitors must register with management. Visitors are the sole responsibility of the registered tenant/guest. Overnight visitors must be approved by management.
- 9No inoperable, unlicensed, or abandoned vehicles are permitted on the property.
- 10Respect all posted signs and management instructions at all times.
- 11No illegal drugs, illegal activity, or disorderly conduct of any kind will be tolerated. Violation will result in immediate eviction and law enforcement notification.
- 12Firearms and weapons must be stored safely and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- 13No subletting of sites. Only registered tenants/guests may occupy a site.
- 14Tenants/guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property.
- 15Management reserves the right to evict any tenant/guest for violation of park rules without refund.
- 16All electrical connections must be made through the park's electrical pedestals only. No unauthorized electrical connections.
- 17Water hoses must be disconnected from water spigots when not in use.
- 18No washing of vehicles, RVs, or equipment using park water without prior management approval.
- 19Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.
- 20Management is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to personal property.
